How does it work? 

First we arrange a 30 minute consultation during which I will ask you some questions and you can talk to me about what you want.

We can train together outdoors in real life, or on a video call (I tend to use WhatsApp).

I am based in North London. We can meet in a park somewhere near you, near me, or in between.

For video call sessions I take you through your workout through the phone. Simple as that! All you need is a bit of space, a mat if you have one, and a phone with a good connection. You don’t even need to put your trainers on.

Do I need any equipment?

No! I will ask if you have any in your consultation and if you do I can try to incorporate it into your programme so you can make the most of what you already have, but generally all we need for a good workout is your bodyweight.

For sessions IRL, I can bring equipment to mix it up a bit and maybe introduce you to some bits of kit you might not have used before.

How long do sessions last?

Up to 60 minutes – this includes a warm up and cool down. If it would suit you better to do shorter online sessions, this is also an option. 

Do I have to be fit?

No! The point of us meeting is probably to make you a bit fitter, so wherever you are starting is where we’ll be working from.

Will I get a 6 pack?

Definitely. Oh look at that you’ve already got one because it is literally just an abdominal muscle separated by a band of connective tissue that helps you flex your thoracic and lumbar spine.

Will it be like a military bootcamp?

No. But I will always do my best to accommodate my clients needs so if you really want to be shouted at I WILL DO MY BEST AS LONG AS YOU WORK AS HARD AS I KNOW YOU CAN etc. 

How much does it cost?

This depends on your goals / how many sessions you want / how long you want to train with me for and how often. Sessions range between £30-£40 depending on how many you buy.

How often do we train?

Again, this depends on things like your needs, your goals (/how important they are to you), and our availability. Once a week can be fine if you’re willing to be active in between sessions. I don’t want you to waste your time or money on something that won’t make much difference to you. If you want some serious HASHTAG RESULTS it takes time, patience, consistency, and more than one hour of exercise a week. (Just to be honest).

Will you give me a meal plan?

No, but we will talk about nutrition in your consultation. If your goal is weight loss, I will offer lots of advice about how you can achieve it. I can make you more aware, show you how to measure, and tell you how to have more control over what is going in to your body but I won’t tell you what or what not to eat. I LOVE food. It is fuel, and it is JOY.
