I strive to make fitness feel accessible and inclusive.
I offer blocks of 1-2-1 (really) personal training sessions either in person or over the phone (as video call sessions).
This service includes a bespoke training programme, regular check ins, additional and nutritional advice, and a written copy of your programme on completion (if requested).
It all starts with a free 30 minute consultation.
